the stay was fair enough for us.

The place is very close to the mall which is excellent for our need. It is also closer to car display centers like izusu motor. The place is quite, large room with kitchen. ideal for family to stay...

I like the ambiance of the place, I like the cleanliness, the staff is very friendly and the place is very accommodating..

All that I don’t really like is that the unit we have doesn’t have personal wifi, which we’re really expecting to have, then the tv is not functioning well and they only uses “antina” which they put on the top of the wardrobe and ones the we touches the wardrobe there will be a misconnection of signal, then the screen turns into blue..

Staff were kind enough to accommodate us and change our room...

Staff were kind enough to accommodate us and change our room to fit the capacity we reserved for.

. Initially, the beds they gave us could barely fit 2 regular size persons. The entire condo is poorly managed; dusty, lots of mosquitos even at their office, no AC at the lobby. Rooms are designed decently but not maintained, dirty over-all, mattresses were not comfortable at all. The 2-person sofa bed could hardly fit 2, super thin and sags. Curtains were falling off, ants everywhere. Sadly, for the condo owners of unit 1204 And 619, please check your units as they both need a lot of TLC.

room was not ready upon arrival at 7 pm. we waited for more than an hour. room given was not the actual. i requested 2 bed for 3 pax, they gave only 1 bed. so disappointed. further, cebu condo-tel is no longer used, now managed by san marino. we got lost in finding the hotel.

Very close to SM City. There is 24 hours security. It was not difficult to get transportation.

There was some smell in the bathroom. The internet was not working.

Convenient place to stay in Cebu

Location is the best, near SM mall, not far from airport(Uber to airport at midnight costs about 200+php). Check-in smoothly, department room is OK.

There are lots of ants in the room, even on 15th floor. Nearby street is unsafe at midnight, there are homeless children nagging for money once you walk out the apartment at midnight.(Anyway it might be common in Cebu, not hotel's fault)

I like the View and room was so cute..

I like the bed and the room was clean. The arrangement was good.

I was a little bit dissappointed because the outlet wasn't working. A few of them does but we did found a way. The wifi is not that strong and telephone is also not working but it's fine we don't need it anyway.

If you are short of patience and understanding. Don’t stay here.

The concept that its a condo type hotel. The view. The mainroom was not bad and its very near SM City Cebu.

- Checking In portion was not efficient. - the office is not presentable - The comfort room needs to be thoroughly cleaned and maintained - Overall, they need more people who are conscious on their presentation and rooms

Way too expensive for what you get.

in the neighbourhood of a big mall

There was no coffee or tea, no toiletries at arrival. after complaining, they gave us some shampoo, toothbrush but no soap. The kitchen was dirty, plates and cups badly or not washed. The road to go to the mall was dirty and muddy, and you had to pass a squatter area, which gave an unsafe feeling.

Thumbs up.

The property is fully equiped with Kitchen utensils. Cooking is very much possible. Equiped means you also get to have a ref and a hot and cold water dispenser. Friendly and accomodating staff, fast and easy to transact with... Highly recommendable. Me and my friends lodged to this property for a staycation, we really enjoyed our stay in the condotel. Great value for money.

There is no hot shower and accessible wifi.
